Couple of days ago i could not find my card looked everywhere so called Boots customer services and as i had lot of points they said they will send me replacement. After calling when i went to pick my son up i found the card in the Car so called Boots again and i asked what happpend if i had reported lost card the lady on phone told me the old card get cancelled but on the same day when i went to the boots i still had all the points not checked it after that.

What do you think i should do if i receive the new card with all the points and still have the old card with the points!!! Any advice please be great ...

No urban decay in my local store but there was a sign for too faced about a week ago if you bought two items but this isn't there anymore either. Could be these offers have expired now but funny turnover time, isn't it usually on a Tuesday.Could anyone who sees the sign perhaps check the dates they usually have the period they start and expire on the bottom of the shelf sticker or poster.Someone posted 500 points on 2 items of benefit as well but no signs this this time either. I don't remember a time when the 500 point offer has included jemma kidd and r&m at the same time they usually have one and then the other. Very baffling

Answer to my own question . 500 points when you purchase 2 colour cosmetic items from Jemma Kidd, Rubie and Millie, Too Faced or Urban Decay offer started 21st Novemeber ends 11th December.

Doesn't work on Jemma Kidd nail files or cosmetic wipes had them check. Does work on R&M brushes (the ones at the end of the R&M counter in flimsy polythene sleeves not ones in packages with cardboard inserts). Will try out brushes with Eve voucher tommorrow if nice friendly SA on till.Todays SA said 'oh that can't be right 500 offer points off those' Hope that helps.
Apparently the new weekly offer to replace the Elle gift set ion Friday is some gift set for men.

Hi all, don't know if anyone has posted this already but there may be a GLITCH..in 1 of the pharmacy leaflets there is a coupon/voucher/bit of paper for 50 points on boots own brand fizzy vit C which happen to be free when you purchase selected cough & cold remedies like the sweets on BOGOF at £1.35/55 :D so two free + 100 points if you have the cheek & maybe even the voucher for 1/2 price own brand vitamins.there are lots of points on offer for various vitamins which could combine with 342 also,l noticed free water/heat pack with some pain killers too.HTHS!

I wondered whether this would work. Thought the vitamin c on the coupon was a full size rather than the sample size that is free. Good find will try this out. I bought the inhaler for £1.24 to get mine but points too would be even better. I wonder whether you can use £1 off £4 coupon with additional spend that came with the health club mailing as well. With your discovery did you get 2 vitamin C's with the 2 lozenges ?

Luckily never lost my card but remember in previous discussions along same lines that the main problem is that they take forever to send you the replacement and you end up back to square 1 with the offers.

When you phoned up the second time did they take all your details. I would have thought they could have stopped the cancellation of it so you could still use it. After all most people would be wanting to use their points for presents.

  • ive been spending lots in boots lately but now am having to hide lots of toni and guy shampoo from OH!

    Got lots of bargains today

    1 x pedi spongeable reduced to £1.99
    1 x duck spongeable free
    1 x free diet coke
2 x st tropez full size kits ( with the 120ml of mousse, exfoliater, moisturiser) £7.50 each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

total one pigsback voucher and points, so didn't pay a penny! yay

    but

it was so funny, the trolley full of st tropez was next to the photo bit. sa gave me and my friend daggers for rooting through it. went and paid 1st transaction. decided to go back for another one, the cheeky sa had put the trolley full of st tropez into the photo desk corner, behind the till. so i ququed in a really long line, got to the front and asked if i could have another st tropez kit please. got a filthy look, then an even filthier one and tutting when she realised i was paying with points.

even my friend commented that she was probably trying to keep it for all the other SA's to buy!
