ay my thoughts exactly and they do say boots head office reads these every day. All I can think is to send a pm to people but you would have to know who you were sending it to. I have had quite a lot of lovely ladies on here send me various coupons so I would trust them if I see a glitch will pm them. Would pm you too as you are obviously genuine. Taffy

It would be quite hard to route out the non-genuine folk too. We were all new to the thread at some point. the only way would be a google/yahoo group - but still how would we know there wasn't a mole in the group??

I don't think you can spend your points to buy GV's - I'm sure a more experienced Bootser will come along soon (tomorrow??) and tell you yes or no ! HTH

Pollsdolls - sadly you can't by gift vouchers with points - I've tried this loads of times but it's a definite NO.

jillybobs - Either take it to your local store with your receipt from the parcel, or call CS. Maybe a call to CS expressing your disappointment at the poor quality will get you a few extra points by way of an apology. This isn't guaranteed though.

starting tomorrow computed gift set reduced from £40 to £20 - in xmas mix and match so might still go through on this at reduced price.
also from 14/12 to 20/12 200mls facial protect and perfect is reduced to half price again-looks like it hasn't sold as well as they hoped and stuck with lots.
its a good buy at this price but the full price of £99 is way more expensive than buying the 30ml sizes when it is on 342
