    Hi Guys,
    In need of some advice please. I'm just doing an online shop. I have spent over £80 so qualify for 1500 points. I also have in my basket 2 ruby & millie items which are 500pts for 2 items. But when my total went over £80 my 500 pts vanished. can u not combine these offers?

    Any advice greatly appreciated x

    my order of £94 went through and the 500 points were on as were the 1500.
    lost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013

    You can combine them. I placed an order for £85 last night. It included ruby + Millie bags with 500pts. They were still there after the 1500pts were added. Check with customer service as you seem to have gremlins. :mad:
