Just seen the comment about getting this done before Christmas. That isn't going to happen. The IFA will have to write to your existing schemes to get up to date CETVs, and wait for these to come through, then do the analysis, and then discuss the results with you. The actual transfer once requested should take three to four weeks.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

I normally tell people not to expect the transfer to actually complete until about the 4-month mark. Before Christmas? No chance.I am a Chartered Financial Planner
