Mental health evidence & BR application

Hi all
I have finally saved up the money to go bankrupt next week, I am very nervous and excited at the same time . I suffer from severe OCD, intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety & am taking medication. This is what got me into the mess I was in at the start of this year. So, when I finish my application online, is there somewhere for me to include this - or do I need to post it all? Haven't got to the end of the application yet, but would like to make them aware ASAP
Thanks

Sorry to hear you've had a rough time with your health.
The BR forms don't actually need any medical evidence from you as far as I am aware. Your insolvency is about your financial state - not your mental or physical state. Of course health problems are behind a great many BR's but the OR is only interested in the finances.0 -
When you fill in the on-line application there is a space where they ask what caused the bankruptcy (or something like that). Perhaps you could mention your health problems in there.
Good luck.0 -
I did exactly what Broaps suggested (except I had paper forms then....) I stuck a little extra note in explaining my mental health issues and come OR interview time they asked a little and I explained that i'd be happy to supply hospital details GP specialist etc they never needed..Not quite a newbie as you think

Better to keep all the docs like GP recommendation, psychologist bills etc and mention on the application and when they interview personally.philnicandevan wrote: »I did exactly what Broaps suggested (except I had paper forms then....)
