    [FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Its then easy to remove the skin and every last bit of meat falls off the bone.[/FONT]

    We often have a Sunday chicken that last lasts for days including lunch portions, cat portions and always chicken peas & rice using the stock.
    It is by far the cheapest way and if I can get a really large chicken I do freeze the leg meat for soup/risotto later
