Mag Dailies - check your addresses !

I had a prize from one of the mags arrive today. It had taken a while as the address was only partially there. Luckily the post code was ok so it reached me eventually.

I had had notification of the prize but was not asked to confirm any address

I decided to look at my account and was surprised to see that the address was incomplete on the form so no wonder the prize took a while.

On checking the rest of the my mag daily accounts I found many of them also had only part of my address. I have now updated them all.
Not sure why this has happened as I have checked them before and they were all ok - maybe the form changed or something.

Anyway, prizes being few and far between it might be worth checking yours too so they dont go astray

They are renowned for problems with addresses, particularly if you have changed address they seem to revert to the old one or a mix of the two at random.

And even after you’ve emailed and told them this and you’ve received an email from a person saying it’s been done, it still happens!
