RBS Grad Loan Problem
Hi all
I have been called by my bank saying that i need to sign a new loan agreement as there is a prob with my graduate loan in that the limit is reducing faster than my outstanding balance (meaning in effect my loan would not be repaid in full within the period), so my account looks as though it is in arrears even thoug i have made every payment in full.
they have said that this is their fault, but i have had nothing in writting or to say why this is happening...!!
I don't know what to do - do i sign the new agreement or not!?!?
I was wondering whether this is to do with the hike in int rates..?
has anyone else had this prolem??
Thank you in advance! :T
