Additional debt advice

Hi. My partner is self employed and unfortunately hasn't paid his tax bill. He has been declared bankrupt in August for approximately £24k and wondered what happens to additional debt. I believe that he has a credit card with £10k outstanding as he was paying the minimum payment of £300 a month. The card has been cancelled, but unsure what happens to this. Will it be added to his original bankruptcy amount? Do I need to continue paying the monthly payment?

Most debts get written off in bankruptcy, certainly any unsecured credit debts will be included in it.
Bankruptcy is not like a debt relief order or an IVA, where debts must be listed, bankruptcy includes almost everything automatically.
