state pension question

when I got my 1 st statement regarding my pension.
they said Iwill get paid every 4 weekly but something doesn't tally up.
it seem to be hit and missed .
some time I get in 4 weeks others 5 weeks.
maybe I miscalculate the dates?
4th oct so my next should've of been on the 1st or 2nd november.
28 days ..thats 4 weeks?

Are you talking about the state pension?0

It should be paid every four weeks on the same day of the week (dependant on your NI number) unless you opt for weekly or fortnightly payments

If your first payment was on the Thursday 4th October, then then next should be on Thursday 1st November.0

thanks for the replies.
got the date mixed up with my other pensions.
just got paid this morning.
others are paid monthly so there is a difference.
4 different dates.anyway all sorted now.cheers.0
