Are PRA trying it on?

Like Suseka said, you should be prioritising your enforceable debts and so as things stand you will not be paying PRA.
I wouldn't enter into any correspondence. If you haven't acknowledged the debt for six months there seems little point in restarting the clock.
If they ever make an offer of settlement that seems reasonable to you, you could engage using the National Debtline full & final template, which dos not acknowledge the debt.
In the unlikely event of a pre-action letter, post again.0 -
I don't currently have any other debts, they've been paid off by my family. I just have this one and one to Link Financial. But this is the biggest one with the other being around £1500. But I really don't think my family would be able to pay anymore so if they make an offer I find acceptable I'll check out the National Debtline you mention. And, should I ever get a pre-action letter I will, most definitely, post again. Thanks.Liz R0

Yes, that's true. And I'm not going to tell them unless they want another income/expenditure sheet. However, unless they produce the CCA first I won't send them one of those either!Liz R0
