I went to see them on Thursday at the NEC. They were fantastic, what a show they put on. You will get your tickets all of you and you will have a fabulous time, I can promise you that!!!!

I'm going on Thursday and they have not arrived, should I be panicking?

Mine arrived today for Friday. They were posted on Monday.

I had phoned the agent and was told one story (that they had been sent out at the beginning of November) and emailed and was told another story (that they had not arrived and would be sent out as soon as they had, if there was still time to get them to me)

I was told to phone after the post had been delivered on Wednesday if they had still not arrived.

In both cases I was told that if I had not received my tickets by Friday that they would send them (or duplicates) to the box office at the O2 for collection. I would need to produce photo ID and preferably the card that I had used to pay for them.

I would suggest that you call the agent tomorrow to check if that is what you need to do.
