How long did your nationwide mortgage take to send the mortgage papers

We used a broker and apparently they were due to send the mortgage papers a week ago but didn't have the cml document. They got this but still waiting. What time scales did you find with nationwide?
Thanks

Do you mean the formal mortgage offer documents that are sent to brokers/solicitors? If so I had to chase Nationwide after 4 days, who then emailed the documents directly to our solicitor.
The offer documents, for me, were in the 'products and applications' section of their online banking site almost right away after I received the text and email (though oddly not on their banking app).0 -
Ive had the aip and then the formal application. Apparently the broker said the bank was ready to offer mortgage last week but they didn't have the cml document for the valuer. I got the cml to them the same day but still waiting for the formal acceptance0

You sent it to the broker, the broker then sent it the lender, the lender then sent it to the valuer, the valuer then needs to check it and complete his / her report, the report then needs to get back to the lender, the lender then needs to do final checks, the lender then needs to prepare offer docs. Every one of those steps will take 24 - 48 hours.

If you handed over a completed CML form, then I guess it's just waiting for the valuer to do the necessary checks. From valuation (not quite the same thing I know) to mortgage offer was 2 days for me.0
