Does anyone know if there a Halifax house price calculator online anywhere? Like the nationwide one.

Specifically my house was £460k in January 2017, and hoping to get current indexed value. House is in Manchester
Thanks :)

    Got a Halifax mortgage?

Why would it need to be a Halifax one? Are you remortgaging and looking to raise extra money?
If not Go to zoopla and rightmove and look at recently sold nearby

The broker website has an enquiry facility where you can get an up-to-date Halifax indexed valuation as part of the product transfer facility.

You can do the same in the Nationwide system too.

    Yes I have.
I've just called them and they gave the updated value.
    Straight forward enough.

I'm just within the 3 month ERC waiver period to do a product transfer.
My credit record isn't great. I have gone part-time since mortgage was taken out, so not confident in going through a full affordability of a remortgage.
Current rate of 3.44% with an outstanding mortgage of £423k. Updated house price is £503k

    Thanks for the replies btw.

Then it's not a remortgage. Just a new product. Apply online and there'll be no affordability assessment.
