I do like it when a Facebook competition asks people to comment/answer/hashtag below a competition photo or video and many of the comments are slagging off the company.

I used to think it was really weird then work out that customers who are being totally ignored through the normal complaints channel see it as a way of being heard and possibly actually getting a response.
