can anyone identify these ?

Recently found these , one at a time on my hall carpet.
I'm guessing that they have come from my husbands bicycle or bike kit but he doesn't recognise them. Can anyone please suggest what they might be from or used for ? They are about half a centimetre long.

They look like the same things holding together the door handles in my flat.

But on a bike, no idea. He'll probably realise what they are for when something falls off

If it helps thought, they are called grub screws. They can be found on the pedals, brakes and various other parts of a bike.

Thank you . It turns out that the bike was a red herring after all.

Three doors had missing grub screws ! which have now been replaced.
