Delay Repay appeals process?

Morning All
Caught the 10:21 train Grantham to York on the 30/10. By my working out train was delayed by 30 mins
Submitted a claim by delay repay to lner got a reply today saying delay was only 22mins? No guide on the reply of how to appeal as I believe this too be wrong
What are the next steps please?
