Hi all
For anyone who works in horticulture/gardening (including relatives of those) and are facing tough times there is a charity called Perennial (https://perennial.org.uk/) who offer support services including financial support amongst other things.
They helped my partner when we faced financial difficultly and were fantastic.
Hope this may help someone else
