Britannia Mortgage

Hello


Would really appreciate some advice please. Following a SAR, we are now in receipt of mortgage statements for an old Britannia mortgage (taken out in 1996).



There are some very odd (high amounts) of charges added on a near monthly basis to the statement.


Does anyone have a spreadsheet calculator that I could utilise please as I would like to work out what everything is and if we are due back any monies.

    Could you post up the figures for 3 or 4 months worth of statements showing starting balance, credits and debits and the interest rate at the time. Could the

    simply be the interest?

    Most likely. Unless the OP was fortunate enough to obtain an interest free mortgage.
