Hi all, my deal is coming to an end on my share of freehold/leasehold house. I get "free" legal with the new offer, would they want a management pack? How much is it like when I purchased the house? I do have all the copies of the lease here if it helps.
Thanks all.

Worth checking if free legals covers all the costs involved.
Solicitor has to check that the property provides adequate security for the mortgage advance. They will contact your Landlord / Managing Agent for confirmation of certain matters. Anything you provide them with would reduce cost and save time.0 -
