No Throw away Twitter accounts allowed

hi all
im trying to enter the gleam comp on Make use of and when I try to follow or tweet it says "No Throw away Twitter accounts allowed"

any idea what this is or how to make your account a non throw away one or is it something to do with the amount of followers or comp posts?

I have had the same problem tweeting from Gleam and connecting my account to follow twitter accounts. I have read recently twitter have changed some of their policies on 3rd party tweeting so don’t know if it’s something to do with that.
