Currently waiting on 9 claims from over a year ago - they used to repsond and try and chase - I just get ignored now. I've moved to Rpoints to see if they're better.0

Yes, they just seem to ignore the tickets (enquiries) these days.0

just received payment for a dell computer i bought, (£13.00) i must say i've never had any problems,BUT i would think very seriously before i bought insurance etc and relying on quidco payment to make a judgement.
Quidco is a bonus and from what i've read certainly NOT guaranteedliving on the "edge"0 -
I put all of my insurance and finance things through Quidco along with a lot of other bits. Out of about £800 cash back in the last 11 months, I have only not received about £20 of it which is made up of about 3 items....
I would recommend it to all!0 -

The would also recommend Quidco to everyone. I have been paid £1600 since Jan 2006, with another £170 to come. I always do my insurances on there (and separate building and contents so get cashback from both companies).
I have been declined for a few stuff and have over £100 in unresolved enquiries, but it is still worth it.
Tracked 8.00
Added 40.00
Validated 115
Received 28
Paid 1600
Declined 70
Total 1870 GBP0 -
I have had some big items not track, and like others here, Quidco just ignores the enquiries. One of the merchants (HotelClub) is even listed as a preferred partner, which is supposed to mean they will respond to enquiries within 30 days. However, they haven't responded in months. I wrote to Quidco saying that they should remove HotelClub from their preferred list if they aren't going to reply to enquiries, but I get no response from them either.
What are some alternatives people recommend? In particular, I'm interested in sites that will actually chase up your claim if you do have a problem.0 -
I've also had no problems with payments - I signed up last November and have so far made £517, £484 of which has already been paid into my bank account.
I'm really surprised to read someone saying they've had trouble with Quidco customer services as I've always found them incredibly helpful, and quick to respond.
Sure, some retailers take longer to track and validate your commission but hey, it's free money at the end of the day, surely it's worth the wait?!0 -
Just bought Prudential car insurance and Churchill buildings insurance, both validated within 30 minutes (I waited until the first one came throught then did the second after clearing cookies). Also bought Nationwide contents and it tracked in just over 24 hours. Bought all the insurance through Quidco last year with no problems of tracking or payment. So yes, I do recommend!0
