Tell your husband he should repay your parents the money owed, its the honourable thing and the remaining should surely go towards the debt.

Does your partner know what hes done by getting the account opened in his fathers name.

Your partner has a load of money stashed away and is saying he can not pay back your family...
Why are you staying with a man who has basically stole off your family (among other people)?

If someone did that to my family, I would have no hesitation waiting until they had pulled the trigger and then putting them out to hang.

Now that the business account is in someone else's name think you should close the one in your name in order to protect y6ourself when - not if - he goes bankrupt.

Also make sure you don't have any other accounts which have you down as joint with him.

If there's anything left in the account in your name is there any reason you cannot use the balance towards some of what is owed to your family?

you sound like a very level headed person who is trapped by a devious partner and family .

Get out now after covering your rear and shop him with immediate effect.

I have been on the receiving end of someone who did this and nearly ended up me going the same way albeit for a lot less amount.

Genuine people who declare bankruptcy do so after trying everything and a lot of sole searching , this type don't lose any sleep.


He will do it again as sure as eggs are eggs
