Lidl "Valley Spire" - particularly when on weekend offer
Also its very crumbly once defrosted. It tastes fine but don't count on pretty slices.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Thanks for the replies, i've read them with interest however quite like the nutty punchy taste of the Sainsbury's blue label mature cheddar, so i'll stick with it. It tastes a bit like Tickler cheese, which is just over double the price.0
