Hi
We got mortgage in both mine and my wife name. we are soon finishing our fixed rate period. i would like to have the mortgage only in my name which would make my life easy as i'm in the process of selling my house and during the period my wife will be moving away to abroad.
is it possible to change the mortgage to only my name with the bank.
pls do advice

You can apply to do so. You'll need to meet lenders affordability criteria.0
