Missing work hours

2 years ago I returned to my original store and was told my contract would be 30 hours, but was only ever given 20 for the last 2 years, I found out a few weeks ago that on HR thought I was onways on 30 hours and that's the info they have.
Is there anything I would be able to do about the missing hours?
Thanks

Hope that they don't try to reclaim the 10 hours a week you may have been overpaid since you started?
If you knew you were doing 20 hours a week but thought you were contracted for 30 why has it taken you 2 years to ask the question?
What exactly do you think should be done about the "missing" hours? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

So you have worked 20 hours per week for the last 2 years, when you should have worked 30 hours per week.
What have you been paid for 20 hours per week or 30 hours per week?
What have your holidays been based on?
Why has it taken 2 years for you to question this?
Why did you not read your contract when you went back throughly?Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100/100miles

What 'missing hours'? Do you mean for the future? I don't think it wise to try and force them to give you 30 hours, but you could certainly ask for more.
Or are you asking whether you can somehow get paid for c. 100 hours you never actually worked? If so probably not!!!0 -
What is the actual question here?
Are you contracted for 30, but have only been given/worked 20 and paid for 20?
Or are you contracted for 30, only been given/worked 20, but paid for 30?
If you want a proper answer, you need to write a proper question, including all the relevant information! Otherwise everyone's just guessing...0 -
Sorry for the delay guys, so when I went back to that location 2 years ago I was told I would be on 30 but was given 20 and was always told that's what my contract said which I never got a copy of it was all done through HR I never signed a new contract or anything, Ive since finding out asked for a copy of that contract but never received it, I've only been paid for the 20 hours I've been given even though I should have been getting the contracted 30 hours0

Affirmation of contract
It could be argued that by doing nothing for two years that you have agreed to the change in hours.
