I don't know what you won but for standard cleans they normally charge on top for parking if they have to pay for it0

Yes, I have. They do charge you parking.
I won a year's worth of cleaning. It's been a nightmare.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”

Ty for the info. I have won the £50 voucher. I wanted to use remaining balance for parking if I have to pay for it but I don't know. I hope they are going to do good cleaning.0

I had a cleaner booked for 3pm a few weeks ago. At 3.15pm she’d not showed up, so I rang them. No answer, so I chatted online, they said sorry she’s late, she’ll let you know when she’s coming. At 3.45 she messaged to say she’d be there in 90 minutes, ie two hours late.
In the meantime I had tweeted the owner, whose response was if he was to provide a punctual service, he’d have to charge more.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”

On their website one of the "claims" for their end of tenancy cleaning is laughablyDo tenants have to cover costs for parking, cleaning detergents and gear?
The usage of professional cleaning equipment is part of the service as well as the cost. However, parking fees are not. While there may be a few companies that take care of parking, but most of the reputable tenancy cleaners don’t. This is a good way of distinguishing professionals from regular cleaners.0 -
You may have to use google translate to communicate.
One cleaner came, never met her before, she just started charging her phone without asking. If she’d asked I would have said yes, but it's rude not to ask!
Some of their cleaners have been good, they seem to have moved on.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”
