RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘German Doner Kebab’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 31st October 2018 to 14th November 2018 on Heart South Wales (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 31st October 2018 and close at 23:59 on 14th November 2018.

4. Entrants will have to answer a multiple choice question and fill out the required details.

5. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. One winner will receive a two-night trip to Berlin for two people.

9. The trip includes:

2 nights’ accommodation in a city centre 5* hotel based on a double or twin room. Accommodation is based on room only basis.

Return flights from Cardiff or Bristol Airport to either Berlin Tegel or Berlin Schonefeld Airport.

£500 to cover transfers, travel insurance and spending money

10. Flights can be taken from Cardiff or Bristol Airport. Cardiff only flies to Berlin on a seasonal basis with restricted flight times during winter months. Bristol Airport flies direct to Berlin all year round. Airport choices and further information will be provided to the winner. The prize must be booked before 31st December 2018 and taken before 30th May 2019 and excludes all public and bank holidays. Holiday booking is subject to availability. Dates and times will be agreed with the winner and are subject to availability at time of booking.

11. Transfers to the hotel are not included and should be arranged by the winner.

12. £500 cheque will be sent to the winner in the form of a cheque within 28 days of winning and this is to cover transfers, travel insurance and spending money.

13. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
