Thanks for replies to my previous post:

So I am submitting the N56 form, and have spoken with the court who confirmed it is before the District Judge on Friday.
A few questions if you don’t mind assisting me:
- on the N56 (statement of means) is there some published guidance as to what is permitted in each category, or can someone here advise (eg food, clothing etc)?
- what about debts that are not deemed priority (ie not arrears or court orders), are they still counted as outgoings, as I would be concerned about missing payments and transferring debt issues elsewhere?
- am I able to supply a supporting narrative regarding the size of the offer?
- can I attend the session with the District Judge, as I’m not clear if this is some sort of hearing or purely administrative work?
- how can I best ensure I receive a suspended order that than an attachment of earnings, which will severely impact my credibility and prospects with my employer.
Any and all advice gratefully received.
Thanks
