COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS

Participation – Participation is free of charge and valid as of the first login to the Countdown to Christmas Challenge landing page. The competition will run from 1st December 2018 (at 00:01) up to and including 24th December 2018 (at 23:59). To be eligible for winning a prize, a Participant must (i) have entered a valid e-mail address and valid personal details (this being his/her first name and surname) on the login screen and have registered prior to 24th December 2018 (at 23:59, (ii) accepted these Terms and Conditions, and additionally (iii) answered a daily question correctly. The more windows are opened, and questions correctly answered, the bigger is the chance to win. You can / cannot answer the questions more than once. Participants will have to accept these terms with every login.
Winner – the winner of the competition will be selected at random amongst the Participants who have participated the most days and answered the most questions correctly. As one of our 5 lucky winners, the participant is eligible to win a prize. Each Participant will be eligible only once to win a prize. Rituals will contact the winner on 31st December 2018 (via e-mail) with a request to communicate their address details to Rituals to enable Rituals to dispatch the prize. The winner are obliged to respond to the notification by e-mail (with inclusion of their address details) as soon as possible and in all cases before 11th January 2019. Should he/she/they fail to do so, he/she/they will waive his/her/their right to the prize and Rituals will select an alternative winner. In such a case, the initial winner will not be entitled to claim the prize, or any other form of monetary or other compensation.
Delivery – Rituals will then send the prizes to the five winners within a reasonable term. All prizes under this competition are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation. Additionally, Rituals is not obliged to communicate or correspond about the result of this competition;
Prize – Each of the five winners, Rituals will provide 1x Ayurveda Dry Oil VATA - £19,50 (r.r.p.), 1x Karma shower foam - £8,50 (r.r.p.), 1x Wondermask - £29,50 (r.r.p.),1x Happy Buddha body cream – £19,50 (r.r.p.), 1x Yalda Shower foam - £8,50 (r.r.p.), 1x Private collection candle - £31,50 (r.r.p.), 1x Namaste ampoule (hydrating) - 1x £28,50 (r.r.p.) and 1x Namaste Cleanser - £12,50 (r.r.p.) hereinafter referred to as the 'Prize'.
