I'm looking to purchase a PS3 within the next few weeks. I was wondering if anyone had any codes for stores that stock them. Amazon, Currys, Tesco, Comet, Dixons, John Lewis, Play, Argos.. You know the usual places.

Ooh, shame, you just missed a 15% off from HMV. Would have knocked about £52 off the 60GB version. They might have another soon, keep your eyes peeled!

The best price (without vouchers) I can find is Amazon & Play so far.

Argos, play.com and Woolworths had the 60gb with 2 games and wireless controller for £349.00

yeah i'm on the look out for a 60gb one too (well hubby is) and i am trying to get him the best price for him.

the hmv deal was not that good - 350 with 2 games is muchbetter as the games are 40 - 50 each

The 15% HMV offer didn't include Consoles anyway. I tried it on a PS3 console as I'm after one too.

I really begrudge paying full whack for something that will inevitably come down in cost next year!

If you buy the PS3 60GB package in Virgin it costs £ 350 including 2 games (I got heavenly sword and fifa 08) and an extra controller. The best way to buy is using a Virgin credit card as you get 10% discount but better still you get the 10% discount on the full price and not on the bundle price. The full price of the package that I bought was £ 475 and I therefore got a £ 47.50 discount off the £ 350 bundle giving an actual cost of £ 302.50. If you don't have a Virgin Credit card then you can sign up in the shop and get an instant discount. Virgin credit cards are good for getting other discounts as well.
