    That's not a difficult question.
It's asking about how you maintain the quality of your work. So how do you do that at the moment?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

The answer they're looking for is non-prescription narcotics.

tbh thats a bog standard question. Only way you'd find that difficult is if you have no experience working before (school leavers, dole dossers etc)

Yes exactly. I don't think the OP meant to ask that question!

That is, of course, the Kermode/Mayo response, so equally valid.

How do you ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest level all the time?

I do that by ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest level all the time.

    I would hate that question.

I am not a school leaver I or a dole dosser.

I do maintain a high level of work each day, but its something I just do. Its automatic not sure how I would describe I do it, I just do.

I am rubbish at interviews :(

You should prep for the basic questions

    Why you want the job
    working under pressure
    time keeping
    handing difficult situations
    implementing change

They are the standard competency based questions you tend to always get asked.

    tbh i misread OPs question
  • Just think about it. Jobs can't be completed to a high level unless the people doing them understand what they are doing, and what 'good' looks like. Your job as a manager is ALWAYS to ensure these two things.
