Optical voucher.

After recently having my 2 yr old daughter diagnosed with an eye condition I decided it was best to get my son's eyes tested. He squints a little when reading and on the computer, but wasn't sure if that was just him concentrating as it isn't all the time. Now daughter is being dealt with through hospital cos of her condition, but my son will have to go through the opticians.

So what I would like to know is will he get is eye test free? He is 4 yrs old.

Does he get an optical voucher towards the cost of glasses if he needs them as he is under 16?

Where would I get an optical voucher from if he does need it?

Thankyou :)
