i am iminately about to hear the outcome of my claim for ppi with the halifax but was wondering how the bank has been with people after they have made a successful claim i.e have the bank demanded overdraft monies back etc... just a bit worried on that front as we have one, only £200 into it at the moment but am i right in thinking they can request it back at anytime and then also withdraw the facility?????
