Solicitor/conveyancer recomendations

I'm looking to purchase a house in the near future and was looking for recomedations for a Solicitor/conveyancer in the Belfast area to help with the process .


I was considering buying the house outright and was wondering the pro's and con's of this.

Danske have a series of cashback offers, when we bought ours we pushed our mortgage up a little to get over the £75k threshold for an extra £700 cashback. As soon as we received the cashback we paid our mortgage down to the level we actually needed. So you may want to take out a mortgage with Danske to get the cashback and then immediately pay it off (make sure you have flexibility to do this with no penalty). There were no extra costs to take the mortgage for us as it was still <50% of the house value so they did not insist on any surveys. Subsequently we have paid the mortgage off completely, no issues there either
