It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

    The “Prize” comprises:
Two places on a six-night guided walking holiday in the Outer Hebrides with Wilderness Scotland. Full details of what is included in this trip can be viewed here: https://www.wildernessscotland.com/adventure-holidays/wilderness-walking/outer-hebrides-uists-barra-mingulay/
Six nights’ accommodation will be in guest houses and hotels selected by Wilderness Scotland. Meals included are indicated on the itinerary as B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner. Evening meals that are not included are taken in local pubs and restaurants that offer a wide choice of local dishes. All transport will be provided throughout the trip starting and finishing in Inverness. The services of an experienced and knowledgeable guide/driver are included. The prize for two adults offers two places on the above trip itinerary. You may be joined by up to six other adults.
You will be met by your Wilderness Scotland Guide in the centre of Inverness Railway Station at 09:30 on Day 1 of your trip. You will be returned to Inverness Station for 6:00pm on the final day.
Trip Grading: Green 2. Green graded walking holidays are suitable for active travellers who are reasonably fit and enjoy moderate hikes. Walking will be at a comfortable pace and you can expect to be out for 5-6 hours a day. The terrain will be mostly good paths and hill trails but these can still be muddy and rough in places. Some hikes may involve an ascent up to a max of approx 1,500 feet/450m. Distances will be typically 8-10km but there may be the odd slightly longer day. Daily hike details are available in the itinerary. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure they and their companion are appropriately fit and capable of doing the described hikes in the expected times. Please refer to the grading section for more details: https://www.wildernessscotland.com/faq/trip-grading-explained/
