Can prospective employer withdraw a conditional offer due to my current sickness record?

As hard as it sounds as an employer I'd want someone to be at work, there aren't enough people floating around to cover absence when needed.
Given the time you have taken off , for your health or others I wouldn't take the risk. There will be other candidates with a sickness free record and that would be my priority.0 -
Vince how did you get on ? My husband is a police officer and in the same dilemma he had 4 months off nearly three years ago but they request three years records ! His was under his inspectors advice during a misconduct investigation which he was found not guilty of but he obviously doesn’t particularly want to go in to if he doesn’t have to ! And it went down as stress.0
