Complaints to PDL companies whilst setting up DMP

Hi guys n gals.
I have been given different advices and really don't know where I stand.
I have been stuck in cycle of PDL and high interest loans for the past 2 to 3 years but now it's time to sort myself out.
I am currently going to go into DMP with SC this isn't up and running yet.
I have two questions.
1. With payments to creditors currently up to date and Christmas round the corner how would I go about setting my DMP up after Christmas has been and gone? How would I defer creditors for that long?
2 I have been advised to complain about the PDL and high interest loans. Now at what time is the right time? I was advised if I complain now when I do start paying back under my DMP this could prejudice my complaint. Then I was told to complain now as any future DMP payments won't affect my complaints.
Just a bit unsure which way to turn.
My complaints will be for irresponsible lending/affordability.
Thanks in advance for your support and advice :A

Stop paying, complain like hell, the cycle must be stopped, what’s left goes in the DMP.

Hi,
Like i said, complaints first, what does not get written off or refunded goes in the DMP.
