Discharged - What happens with my tax returns?

Hi Guys,
I was discharged last month and i need to file my tax returns for the last 2 tax years, because i am a self employed tradesman who pays tax at source through CIS, that means i would normally get a decent sum.
With bankruptcy in mind, who gets that money now if i put my tax returns in? Does anybody have any experience with this?
Cheers, Jason

When you were made bankrupt is probably important, not when you were discharged.
Have you incurred a lot of penalties for the earlier return that is overdue?0
