NOT memory foam (makes me hot).
I have tried two different pillows for neck/shoulder pain - both worked in that respect but they make my head so hot I have to look for an alternative.
Any recommendations please?

Dunelm wide choice .
Very firm got one from Tesco but bad for pain .
Settled on Dunhelm Duck Feather as it has supports around the edges .
Postition of kneck is critical and i find a very thin pilow on top just puts kneck at the right postition .0 -
Might be worth a look at latex pillows like dunlopillow. Firmer but not hot0

That is what I use, as I also have the same preference for a firm pillow that doesn't get too warm0 -
I've had a look at a Dunlopillo latex pillow - a bit expensive but will be worth it if it works. One for my Christmas list I think - I can't usually think of much I want so it might be the first one on the list this year.
Thanks for all the suggestions.0 -

They do come in different models I think, so you will probably need one of the firmer ones0 -
Have you tried a buckwheat hull pillow? I've had one for years and love it0
