Co ownership

Options
I went bankrupt 3.5 years ago but my husband didn't.
He has no debts and we have no joint debts.
Could he get a house co ownership under just his names?
If he can would they be able to use some of my income in the calculation?
For example I get the child benefit and my child's maintenance paid into my account. I know they can be taken into consideration when applying for co ownership.
Thanks in advance

A mortgage lender can't take the income of a non-applicant into account. You would need to establish from the NI body which runs co-ownership if its affordability can include a non-applicant.
