Morning all, I have a question or maybe 2 that i would like answered for myself and a friend as we seem to be in a similar situation. Both former bankrupts him 2007 me 2009 both released after a year now both all clear with very good credit now. We work for the same employer and have done for the last 20 years. We've now both been offered promotions, him as a fleet manager and me as a fleet compliance manager. Both positions would require the passing of a fleet managers CPC course. Once qualified my friend would have to write a letter to the traffic commissioner to apply for an "O" License for the office he wants to cover I believe (this may not be true just something I've been told). I will mostly be doing fleet audits in different offices in the south of the UK. Are the BR's likely to cause us any issues with these positions?
