Typing WIN in the comments opens up a messenger dialogue to register:
'You agreed to have Freego Electric Bikes send you updates. Replying will allow Freego Electric Bikes to see info you've made public.'
replying WIN in the messenger dialogue then continued the dialogue which pre-filled my email and then phone number which are required for registration.
