It's definitely worth the 126k I think.
Just thought they would come down another bit on asking price.0 -
Sometimes when you love a house you will be happy to pay the asking price, most vendors will have a little bit of wiggle room - Ask for a counter offer and see what they come up with?I am a Mortgage Broker

I don't know how you feel about "leftovers" but can you offer £126K and get them to leave items of value that you would otherwise have to buy, and they would otherwise have to take. I know new is nicer but do you care as much about that as the sellers - who may be delighted to get a bit of cash for their next property or save a bit on moving costsI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Offered 126k and underbidder came back with 126.5k. Haha.
Going for 2nd viewing tomorrow. Identical ones going on same park, looking for 150k.
Semi detached 3 bed, much smaller went for 117k last week, so definitely could stretch 1 or 2k more if necessary.
