Hi can anyone give advice my son found house put in offer nationwide valued it less then we put in for got price reduced , but they said it needed work doing on it seller has had work done , just before we had survey done and it didn't bring same problem up , But nationwide now want more paper work about what's been done from the builder , The problem is this has been going on since end of August and still haven't got any further , they don't get in touch even if they say they do and you never speak to the same person they don't ring you up (we have been told )
Had we known it was going to be like this never would have gone to them , they said house would be worth £90,000 after work he only wants to borrow £80,000 but the sellers want £92,000 we are putting £12,000 deposit they keep saying it comes over the 90% LTV so he can't have the mortgage he applied for low rate so now don't know what to do 😔

Was £92k offered for the property originally?
