When I tried calling back, an automated message plays saying that I was contacted by Hearst media.
It rang for exact 5 times

If it was the daily big money one that was posted where it said they'll ring 5 times, that was Bauer Radio if I remember correctly.. so I don't think it would have been that0

Sorry but I think this number may not be from Hearst as someone has reported it on google as a nuisance call and the Hearst Manchester number appears to be this one -
