LSI Marker!?!

Options
Hi there

first time on here today!

i rang my mortgage provider today, Whistletree mortgages and asked about possible new products they may have available

On doing so, the chap on the phone alerted me that i wouldnt be entitled to better interest rates due to a "LSI marker" on my mortgage history in 2012?!?!

he said it was short for Litigation of Solicitors, possibly due to arrears on account

i am not aware of any such arrears

if anyone can shed some light on this it would be very helpful as i don't know what my next step is

many thanks

Write and request a SAR. A small fee maybe payable. This should disclose personal information they hold on you.
