Payday loan reclaim

Morning,
After reading today’s email I seen the Collum on reclaims back from your pay day loans. between 2011 and 2014 I had numerous payday loans which ended in a spiral of repayments and taking back out bigger loans setting one company off against another. It was mainly wonga and MyJar but there were others, I have found some emails from them dating back to 2013 but I am unsure of the total anounts I had from them. I never had my income checked and really stupid I know would never of been able to pay these back with out getting another. I know I paid wonga back eventually but I’m unsure if I ever paid MyJar back the full amount as I’m sure it went to debt collectors who I’m afraid to say I buried my head in the sand and ignored them this was to the sum of £1200. Though I had paid back all previous loans with them but like I said took out another either the same day or the next day.
My question is how can I reclaim without knowing the total amounts as it says in the advice to know how much so your not short changed??? And will doing this affect me if I didn’t pay back the final loan dated 2014 as it’s before the 6 year right off?
First post on here sorry if I’ve rambled hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance

Your bank statements will how the amounts you received and paid to Pay Day Loans companies.0 -
Thankyou but I’m no longer with that bank and don’t have access to my statements? Could I do a FOA to the pay day company’s or would I not be allowed to request that kind of info?0

You could send them a SAR.
Or ask your previous bank for statements.0 -

I'm not sure what FOA stands for but I know you can make a Subject Access Request (SAR) to the bank you were using at the time to get all your bank statements. Alternatively you could make SAR to the Pay Day Lenders.0 -
I meant freedom of information act request (not sure if I meant a SAR) but we along the same lines I’ll try that with the bank then I found a old letter with my bank details the other day so this should help. I will google a SAR and see what I need to do- though I know I had to start using my savings account instead of my current account as my current was going extremely over drawn due to charges so may get complicated unless I request from both if I am able to do this.
