Falsly accused of a loan

My guess: Nightfox Investigations and Debt Recovery Ltd is little more than a one-man-band operation, charging punters £395+VAT for sending out threatening letters, badly written on headed note paper.
My guess is that their specialty is sending burly men round round to your house for a non-specifically-threatening "chat" about paying back your debts.0 -

Update - they senta burly man up to her house (occupied by her pensioner parents as she lives down south - this upset her parents.
Her solicitor had already advised the company to deal with him and not to attend the house - she then rang the firm and restated that she doesnt live there and to not attend again as her parents are there and vunerable (her dads really stressing out hel lose the home) the response was they are doing their job and when will she pay
Ive advised her to complain as there is an ombudsman for debt management companies, she has her bank statements and the only thing close to a debt from him is a 2k payment he put down on a shared car that they both used - in fairness she probably does owe that but theres nothing else no repayments from her to him, no lump sum into her account just this written document hes printed off the internet and used her signiture on.
Ive told her to start court proceedings and just get this resolved if she loses (I really cant see how you would with the evidence given) then shes on minimum wage paying a mortgage a car and renting a room in the south so she has !!!!!! all money left - but she can enter a agreement to pay say £50 a month or something - and if she wins hes off her back for good and hopefully start proceedings against him for forging this document
Whats annoying me is shes got so stressed about this that shes resigned herself to signing up to a DAS debt programme - the solicitor has given her a worst case scenario and apparently in Scottish law the house is not protected even if its still mortgaged so shes trying to avoid that0
