personal loan against fixed deposit

I have cash tied up in a fixed deposit that matures next year but want to find a way of raising money as a downpayment on a house purchase before maturity. There is no scope to prematurely end the fixed deposit even with penalty.

Does anyone know of any lender/ product that would allow me to borrow short term against the security of the fixed deposit ?

Thanks

None that I am aware of......even if you could then not many mortgage lenders will lend on a borrowed deposit.

None that springs to mind - it would be just an unsecured loan which needs to be affordable and meets the lenders affordability criteria.
